This cookbook is designed to address some of the main roadblocks that come up when working with clients. These include not knowing how to make simple and healthy meals, struggling to get the family onboard, and lack of knowledge on how food affects the body. When we understand how to make healthy meals simple, yet delicious for the whole family, and how nutrition goes far beyond weight management, we are able (and more willing) to make healthy eating a life long habit. Eating healthy doesn't have to mean boring meals. Healthy meals can still be delicious and don't have require special foods or equipment to make.
