What Are Self Guided Programs?
Self-guided programs are programs that were launched live in a group format and are now available as replays. You get access to all of the trainings, resources, downloadable documents, etc. The only difference is there is no access to 1:1 support.
Once you've purchased a self-guided program, you will have lifetime access to it. So you are free to go at your own pace and go back to it as many times as needed.

This 8-week program is for Moms, Teachers, Nannies or anyone who works extensively with children. This course is designed to help you become more present with your children, more aware of your behavior around them and give you the tools to help your child use mindfulness on a daily basis.
