What Is Holistic Wellness?

Holistic wellness & nutrition is a mind, body, and spirit approach to healing. Many of us are not aware of how food and our overall lifestyle can affect our health. Yes, there are the physical effects of food like weight gain (or weight loss,) but food does so much more than that. It can affect our mood, behaviors, and emotions.  My goal is to educate & inspire mamas to nourish themselves holistically so they feel better, improve their energy & decrease stress. 

What Makes My Courses Different?

Our society has become infatuated with the next “fad diet” and quick fix. We like instant gratification and when it comes to our health, we want instant results. The thing is, true transformation & healing takes time, effort, and consistency.


My Programs & Courses are not a quick fix.


They are designed specifically for moms like you to help you reach your goals so that once you’re done, you’ll have created healthy habits that lead to lasting and lifelong results. However, in order for that to happen, you have to put in the work. I provide the tools, resources & support and you take action to get the results. 

My services are also rooted in the idea that healing is not a "one size fits all." Each person has a unique body, unique needs, and responds to different therapies accordingly. What works for one person, may not work for another. I help you discover what works for your unique body, in and out of the kitchen, so that you can discover true health.

I use a variety of approaches in my programs & coaching services. These approaches all support the idea that your body is designed to heal. It knows exactly what to do when we create the environment for it to do so.

Approaches used in 1:1 coaching vary depending on your needs & preferences. For programs & course offerings, I will introduce a variety of approaches for you to explore & implement as it feels aligned.
