Hi, I'm Jordan Wavra!

I'm a wife, mama to 3 boys, holistic health advocate, & lover of books, music, and nature. I believe in the body's ability to heal itself and that becoming your own health advocate is the key to getting to the root of your chronic symptoms & health plateaus. When we understand how to listen & work with our body, we become confident in our own ability to take control over our health, diet, & lifestyle. 

Even though I was considered "healthy," I struggled with chronic symptoms for years. This ranged from digestive issues to hormonal imbalances. I was told nothing was wrong over & over again...but I didn't feel good. I wondered, "Am I crazy? Is it normal to feel this way?" Spoiler alert...it's not. Conventional medicine had let me down. When I randomly came across alternative health modalities, my whole world changed. I finally found answers and resolved years of health imbalances. The knowledge I gained has helped me immensely over the years...from pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum and beyond. I've felt confident in my ability to assist my body in the healing process.

After leaving the education field, I knew I wanted to use this knowledge to help other moms become their own health advocate. I become certified over the years in a variety of modalities that supported my journey including holistic nutrition, mindfulness, yoga, energy healing, NLP, hypnotherapy, and EFT. I now use a variety of holistic modalities to help other mamas feel better & take control over their health. My goal is to help you feel empowered & confident so you have live a truly healthy, happy, and vibrant life.

The difference with Jordan’s coaching came from her support, her accountability, and her wealth of knowledge about all aspects of health. She taught me how physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health all affect one another, and that if one is off balance then they all will be.
